AFAICT this issue is not present with the latest version of Gazebo Harmonic running on macOS. Closing as unable to replicate further and no recent activity.
Would be good if this could be sync'd with the params from the simple cylindrical fence in ArduPilot.
Thanks @TannerGilbert, this looks like a great addition. I'll try to get this running under my macOS / Jazzy setup and give feedback.

@khanasif786 - I've rebased this PR on master here: https://github.com/srmainwaring/ardupilot/tree/mav_cmd_camera_example_scripts. `ReadMe.md` in this PR must be renamed to `README.md` before rebasing. This has to be done in a few steps...
@khanasif786, I think perhaps the follow-functionality should be split into a separate PR, with this one focussing on the core camera tracking changes. The addition of `MSG_CAMERA_TRACKING_IMAGE_STATUS` is needed though...
