Reset to defaults button has been implemented.

Closing as low priority/trivial since folder memory cards exist.

Since this is mostly blocked and #7163 #6868 are merged I will close this, can be reopened when work continues.

It's an upscaling issues nothing can be done atm, only option is to use native res for now.

I'll just merge it instead, should be fine, since I didn't manage to find a game that uses it.
