With the changes cleaned up and done properly I wasn't able to find any test case that hits the code, maybe not worth committing.

If the image moves then you will notice the lines again, they just aren't black.

Any update on this?

Closing as it isn't being worked on.

A gsdump will be nice of the issue.

Game needs Preload Frame Data to work, would be nice to give a list of all the affected games so we can add them to the gamedb in one bulk.
