I've added a wrapper for your scripts into the plugin. Click the button in the Extras panel once and it'll do steps 5-6. Every click after that will do steps...
You need to update the blender plugin with the one linked above. The new one looks like this

Before you hit the button, is there a pelvis bone on layer 1 of the armature?
The hair alpha mask and maintex in that green group should be attached like this. The V6 beta already has this fix if you don't want to add those in...
I haven't updated the baking features to support multiple outfits yet, so that's most likely what's going on
