This is now done [here](https://github.com/jlblancoc/vcpkg). We'll PR upstream after v2.4.0 release, since the cmake scripts have needed some retouches for vcpkg to be happy.

BTW: Providing vcpkg was blocked since their system, apparently, didn't support git submodules. If it's fixed upstream someday, it should be easier. Otherwise, [this hack](https://github.com/microsoft/vcpkg/issues/6886) or alike should be required...

No problem for the bindings. I'll take a closer look at the changes (the entire set of classes for PF is really intertwined and a bit intricate, honestly...) and come...

Hmm... after a first "in depth" (not enough, tough) look at the changes, I have some comments: * it seems there are two signatures for `executeOn()`... is this on purpose?...
