@Webklex Do you have a possibility to test provided emails with `Webklex/php-imap` [4.1.1](https://github.com/Webklex/php-imap/releases/tag/4.1.1)? We keep using it as `Webklex/php-imap` 5.0.0 requires to drop PHP 7.x support.

In our case here is what happens (_the issue with Azure seems to be fixed by settings proper permissions for the app_): https://github.com/Webklex/php-imap/issues/320#issuecomment-1404898745

Fixed in the `master` branch and will be published in the next release.

It should be fixed everywhere.

It will be like this on Workflows page, there is no a workaround for now.

We can't reproduce the issue. Are you using any non-official modules? Do you have any error in your browser console?

Fixed in Extra Security Module v1.0.7

Unfortunately there is no a solution for this for now as FreeScout does not save the history of conversation movements between mailboxes.
