It's quite hard to understand what you are saying. Maybe you need this: 

1. Use "Default Assignee" option in Mailbox settings. 2. Try to use Workflows Module.

Unfortunately we can't tell what can be the reason of the problem from here. The only way to do it is for someone to investigate it on your server.

The thing is that there are already a lot of issues with customer replies being truncated: https://github.com/freescout-helpdesk/freescout/issues/3235 So we are a bit hesitant to implement this as most likely it...
