Mazda CX-9 segment from https://github.com/commaai/openpilot/blob/84b0baf68b1fc65924c705cd9c3fc301b3030629/selfdrive/test/process_replay/test_processes.py#L35 has bad sensor timings, which causes issues when regenerating. Needs to be replaced with something new.
The comma 3X talks to its internal panda over SPI using the [spidev](https://www.kernel.org/doc/Documentation/spi/spidev) driver. We want to move the low-level SPI transactions into the kernel for better performance and efficiency....
