`oio:id` is inserted automatically by the OWL API OBO parser. I thought about dropping this in [my open PR](https://github.com/owlcs/owlapi/pull/1102), but didn't want to go changing behavior arbitrarily.
This also impacts the output probability and confidence scores.
Fixed by #327.
