Crysis Remasters are DX11, OptiFG is not supported on anything but DX12 atm. Also, logging is force enabled for prerelease builds, but you can "break" it by leaving `LogFile=` blank.

This might be a per-game issue also, as DLSS FG used to block Vsync from being enabled at all (which might interfere with Nukem), not sure how it is today.

Could you try the [latest Nightly build](https://github.com/optiscaler/OptiScaler/releases/tag/nightly)? There've been some improvements to AF and mipmap overrides.

Could you try with the latest 0.9-pre4 build? We've received multiple comments about 0.9-pre4 fixing AF and broken lighting in Death Stranding for example, so mip map bias should also...

Is it specifically just this game that's problematic or does it also not work on other games?

If you're on Nvidia, don't use Fakenvapi, it shouldn't be required at all. Also always put the mod files by the game exe (HITMAN3.exe), not the launcher.
