Support for DLSS-RR->FSR4 Redstone Ray denoiser?

Hi, may be a little early to request.. no API/headers published yet but AMD driver 25.11.1 is ready for it and call of duty black ops 7 uses it and has the new "dll"..

Yeah, we know, plan is to add it eventually if possible (when the SDK drops).
