okay - the last sample with cbuffer used texture as member and I simply got a black surface even if I pass correct texture.
@siliconvoodoo Have you tried pass texture yourself ? It simply doesnt work. texcoords is okay(for sample sphere)   - why its empty when I set it in script ?...
_I don't think you can pass textures this way since that means a compile constant._ - this is generic, and its the only visible way to pass parameter from Game...
Does it work correctly on 3.x?
Use the clang-format tool to fix the static check failure. Squash the resulted commits after that.

Next instead NextInt, NextLong - This is good and do not cause ambiguity and confusing to end users ?
Please, add dot at the end of the sentences. Then it will look like other documented code.
@WardBenjamin You not done it. After first constructor code still dont have dots. And change constructor docs to this simple version > Constructs a random number generator.
