I don't think there is anyone analyzing this project at the moment - what in particular do you need assistance with?
With the contactors open, the current shunt is floating, possibly giving the false readings. What was the current reading during this time?
So isn't this current reading the power to run the BMS module and controller?
Yes it should be that way around. Are the calculations correct when the inverter is running? (Negative current when taking power from battery). If not, switch the shunt sense wires...
You are correct the 3.81mm pin spacing should be used. I use pluggable terminal blocks. Lots of them on lcsc.
You could compile the code to handle more than 128 cells, this has never been tested or required until now, but you can just change a single number up to...
Just this line.. https://github.com/stuartpittaway/diyBMSv4ESP32/blob/9a0a3ed26f2dc973d3faf3e2799a6688da3ab13e/ESPController/include/defines.h#L23
Fantastic - another user was having problems with a single bank (high voltage) of 128 cells - have you ever tested that?
Thanks for reporting I will take a look. Have you tried forcing a browser refresh Ctrl+F5?
Hi @olterion this was actually a requested change way back from March 2024 as users complained that they couldn't read the numbers/chart when you had more than 24 cells on...
