A [Phenotype Ontology Editors' Workflow](https://obophenotype.github.io/upheno/howto/editors_workflow/) document [has been created](https://github.com/obophenotype/upheno/pull/911) that I think covers the "Patternisation" section of [reconciliation.md](https://github.com/obophenotype/upheno/pull/901/commits/a6211facbae075373452bfee011f016c03de8074). I will look into how to better integrate these documents.
