Did you use 20.3.3 MinGW package? If so try 20.3.3 MSVC release. It has lower CPU requirements. Maybe your CPU is so old that it can't handle [SSSE3](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SSSE3#CPUs_with_SSSE3).
