Unfortunately, the only person with access to the pygame.org website is the same person that can fix this whole mess in the first place. But, they’ve been unresponsive so far.

As more and more people start using Python 3.11, more and more people are having trouble installing pygame because they don't know about installing prereleases. Any update on the 2.1.3...

Only one build failed, and it looks like it was a failure to install pandas. Relevent issue I opened https://github.com/pandas-dev/pandas/issues/56710

Just reproduced on `2.1.3.dev8` on windows 11 with python 3.11
