you can enable the collision sensing and homing z axis 10 times, to see if the output distance value is stable after each homing.
did you enable the `zero_reference_position` in the [bed_mesh]? that can avoid the z_offset affect the heightmap. https://www.klipper3d.org/Bed_Mesh.html#configuring-the-zero-reference-position
which pins does the sensor connected? and please do not use the endstop pins in the SKR1.3 which have capacitor filter on the pins.
we are discussing it in the messenger of facebook, and will update the message here later.
just add this into the printer.cfg ``` [force_move] enable_force_move: true ```
yes, you still can adjust the z_offset as before.
like this: https://www.reddit.com/r/klippers/comments/oh0s50/how_to_save_z_adjust_after_tuning_during_print/ you can run SAVE_CONFIG to save the z offset after babystep
seems the klipper was not update success.
you can compare the Raw data in the message(`Raw data:68 at 0 mm, BDsensor to bed: 0.2720 mm, Bed: 94.9C, z_offset: 0.000`) each printing to see if it is consistent...
one of the reason is the homing speed is too slow, you can increase up the homing speed a little.
