SKR 1.3/Klipper No Data

Hi, I have connected SKR V1.3 to my board as described. Unfortunately I get the error message: No data or corrupt data from BDsensor. Please help. Kind regards

which pins does the sensor connected? and please do not use the endstop pins in the SKR1.3 which have capacitor filter on the pins.
