BAD!! Z-offset/Z height

Hi to all. I have big problems with Z height in print Everything is calibrated Raw data:68 at 0 mm, BDsensor to bed: 0.2720 mm, Bed: 94.9C, z_offset: 0.000 accuracy is good too.

when i go to 0,1mm and measure it by 0,1mm gauge everything is perfect then i go to print and my 1st layer is 0mm - nozzle scratches the bed i need to go 0,225mm at Z offset every time. when i save the Z_offset next print is too high where can be a problem?

printer:

VZ Bot 330 trident Z axis motors and BD is in same board

you can compare the Raw data in the message(Raw data:68 at 0 mm, BDsensor to bed: 0.2720 mm, Bed: 94.9C, z_offset: 0.000) each printing to see if it is consistent . or attach the klippy.log here?
