FYI: bookmark-level, bookmark-labelというCSSは提唱されてはいるけど、実装してるのはAntennaHouse Formatterくらいですね… 今のところ仕方がないので後づけで手打のしおりファイルと合体させてます（ https://github.com/kmuto/pdf-addbookmark とか）。

そういえばlistingsだとtcolorboxと食い合わせが悪く、mintedにする必要があるが`-shell-escape`問題が…というところでreview-jlreqのハイライトリストについては放置していました…。 upLaTeXでのワークアラウンド的には対策でひとまず問題ないかと思います。 LuaLaTeXのほうはplistingsが合わないことが原因なので、review-custom.styにコピーしたRequirePackage行で`,plistings`を削除すればおそらく通るのではないでしょうか。
