I rebased, squashed and clang-formatted the commits. Had to add a commit to make the first commit compile. Since I messed with it so much, could someone else review this...

The concept sounds good to me. I'd want to not complicate the API for rendering tees, it should automatically pick the right renderer based on the skin info.
