High-level stuff should already work. Design: Add a second protocol that detects and decodes 0.7 messages, use a different protocol spec to read the inner chunk protocol.

Would make for easier filtering than tw.msg == sys.enter_game which doesn't have autocompletion.

Explain the disadvantages of linking to old glibc versions

After reading the README, I couldn't tell why I shouldn't always link to glibc 2.5 symbols. Is there any downside?

In the [installation section of the user guide](https://github.com/uxmal/reko/blob/4190e5289428f15b2cb15f9ccb24bc68744f668f/doc/guide/reko.md#installation), it is recommended to download AppVeyor builds. Those do not exist anymore as far as I can tell. Perhaps the note could...

The main repo page links to https://uxmal.github.io/reko, but I can only find placeholder pages there. Edit on Github leads to 404.
