The receiver is not reading MSRC packets. Please try the same test with a pullup resistor to the telemetry line. Values from 1k to 10k.
Based on [MAVLink2Hott](https://github.com/j-lang/MAVLink2Hott/tree/master), I've added interbyte delays (500us) and adjusted telemetry response delay (5000us). Please repeat test with the latest [binaries](https://github.com/dgatf/msrc/wiki/01.-Binaries).

There is a [lua script](https://github.com/dgatf/msrc/wiki/05.-Configuration#52-from-transmitter-using-lua-script-only-smartport) for configuration. But it's outdated. There're many features not included. PRs to update the lua script with the new MSRC features are welcome as well...
