No, I'm interested in how exactly you installed AMXModX.
Alternatively you can pack your whole server directory and publish it here.

Any additional info? Which server you join? Do you have predicting enabled?
Ah, I see what might be wrong here. Don't join MP servers with FPS higher than 200. fps_override is an experimental option and high framerate isn't really good for multiplayer...
