lalrpop now has a MSRV policy that has been set in #742 and documented/ci checked so I'm closing this issue as completed.
Hmmm, could we split off the Copy restriction from the sorting to unblock [bf55006](https://github.com/lalrpop/lalrpop/pull/670/commits/bf5500644cff2c5ce2b42e0a856e6ad8c07a6330)? That seems like something easy to merge on its own.
