Seems similar to https://bugs.gentoo.org/915651. What distro are you on? A workaround would be to add `export RUST_TARGET='x86_64-unknown-linux-musl'` to `.mozconfig`.

I believe it's an issue with `browser.tabs.selectedTabPrivate`. What value does this pref have for you all? I'd expect it to be `true` if it's showing no downloads for you.
