drush-laucher 0.10.2 not working with drupal 10.1 and drush 12.1

FYI, its the other way around. Launcher is not supporting Drush12/Composer yet.

Make `config:status` and `config:import` show export directory

See `drush st --format=yaml`. We should probably add the config-sync field to the default output of that command.

Potential changes as it will soon be possible for themes to declare dependencies on modules.

This got in! A backward compatible Drush PR is welcome.
