I just merged another possible fix in #75. Thats now released in 2.1.0. I'll probably close this issue soon unless someone can reproduce the issue with v2.1.0

We are copying the code from Drupal's core/rebuild.php. Maybe there is a better way, but I dont think so. I suggest you find a way to make your settings.php code...
