You need to download the extra music pack - that hasn't been updated since v4.44 so you just need to download [that version](https://github.com/BEEmod/BEE2-items/releases/tag/v4.44.0), it's still compatible.
Do you have the option "preserve FGD" enabled? Make sure it's turned off
Unsure how this would work, most of the time when brushes are separate it's because combining them would produce an invalid brush
These addons are for an old version of BEEmod that isn't maintained anymore. We can add these to [BEE2.4](https://github.com/BEEmod/BEE2-items) instead though. I'm going to transfer this issue over.
I think you're just missing all the assets, try clicking "reset package cache" in the BEE2 app settings, then exporting again
This might be the issue mentioned in #1851 of resources just not getting exported
After clicking reset package cache and exporting, do you have a `bee2` folder in your portal 2 directory, and what do its contents look like?
