I think you're just missing all the assets, try clicking "reset package cache" in the BEE2 app settings, then exporting again

This might be the issue mentioned in #1851 of resources just not getting exported

After clicking reset package cache and exporting, do you have a bee2 folder in your portal 2 directory, and what do its contents look like?
