To update the snapshot we need to do a full rebuild (see last part of https://robostack.github.io/Contributing.html). Refreshing `conda_build_config.yaml` can be skipped, but everything else is required to avoid ABI incompatibilities.

Can you also explain from where the lcm requirement comes? I checked in https://github.com/unitreerobotics/unitree_ros2 and I could not find anything, how are you installing it in the regular unitree_ros2 install?
