you can already enable some extra fields in the app Settings -> Manage visible contact fields
you mean handling characters with umlaubs like č, á etc?

do other music players work better? It might take a while to refresh the data in the mediastore
what app and OS version are you using at all?
like what should trigger it? Do some devices have an extra button or something?
