yes both are on the roadmap, but maybe not that soon
from the next version 4.0.x it will be possible to change a given contacts contact source at the edit screen
this is per contact only, mass move might come someday too
so the moving works well, just an error appears? Is there the "Phone storage (not visible by other apps)" involved in the move, or you are using some 2 casual...
you can already export the wanted contacts in a .vcf file, then pick another contact source at importing. It is a really easy workaround
