Bad links (and install instructions)

Two things I just noticed: 1. `ctypes` seems to have been recently added as a dependency, but `build.md` doesn't mention it. 2. The link to `build.md` at https://bitbucket.org/runhello/emily/wiki/Home is...broken!! Maybe...

Hitting "TRANSPILE" does...nothing. No matter what's in the "Python Code" box. I'm guessing it's either a JS error or that the output is being put off-screen for some reason.

Using *just* the gh command WITHOUT the shell?

I like to always use the latest Xonsh master, and it looks like this bundles a custom version...which isn't really what I'm wanting. Also, it'd be easier to recommend this...

Print more info about when something fails and why

The former is in beta and is on my host system, and the latter is out already and is what I use for containers, so right now I can't run...

Adding ability for var to assign to attributes?

I mean something like this: ```html ``` so that the `url` variable gets assigned to the `href` attribute.

The readme says that SugarCpp was going to become self-hosting. The last commit was 7 months ago. What's the status of this project?

Unknown character appears when I press shift?

I mean, on my actual keyboard. The little invalid-character box appears. (Also OH MY GOSH this is amazing!!!)
