Bad links (and install instructions)

Two things I just noticed:

  1. ctypes seems to have been recently added as a dependency, but build.md doesn't mention it.
  2. The link to build.md at https://bitbucket.org/runhello/emily/wiki/Home is...broken!! Maybe it's supposed to point to https://bitbucket.org/runhello/emily/src/tip/doc/build.md ?

BTW, this is a really cool project!

Thanks, I'll look at that! I recommend using the stable branch, incidentally, much of the documentation is not quite right in the unstable branch.
