It is supposed to be close to SNS-CPU-GPM boards so I'd check SNS-CPU-GPM-02 instructions to see if * R4, R5 are in the output of oscillator circuit (U9 etc.) *...
Part codes probably match even though part placement is somewhat different, but to be sure you should check with a multimeter against [this](https://wiki.superfamicom.org/uploads/snes_schematic_color.pdf) schematic (see my questions above).
I can only give instructions what to check, but for you'd need to test continuities with a multimeter. If the component numbers are match between revisions, you should see continuity...
R25 refers to the component. It has 2 pins of which another one is most likely connected to multi-out pin 3. The point here is to check which one (or...
The boardview [exporter](https://github.com/whitequark/kicad-boardview) seems to be for Kicad 6 while the design is made with Kicad 7. I updated the iBOM html which can be used to assist manual assembly.
Can you try if [this](http://www.infocult.com/m/tmp/ossc_pro_0.75_hvsyncfix.bin) test version works for you? It fixes vertical jumping which might occur with some RGBHV sources.
I believe that kind of rolling scan with dynamic brightness adjustment could be implemented, possibly with some simplifications. Preferred 240Hz output would be limited to 720p output resolution, though.
A color management unit is planned to be added at some point, but meanwhile you should ensure your display is in Rec709 mode instead of Rec2020 when using HDR with...
Auto should default to sRGB/Rec709 when there is no explicit indication of Rec2020 which sounds like it does on C2.
Will probably be added at some point, but keep in mind that output is fixed to 8bpc so outputting Rec.601/709 content in Rec.2020 color space is going to look inferior...
