Rebased on `main` and resolved conflicts regarding the FucntionGripper header location change that occurred.
Note on what I learned during rebase: Without setting `COM_PREARM_MODE` to `Always`, I naively thought the gripper control was not working, but this was necessary for testing the Gripper functionality...
Rebased on `main`, removed unnecessary mixer based payload delivery actuation airframe file modifications as well.
1. Squashed into a singular commit 2. Removed unnecessary files 3. Removed unnecessary changes (whitespaces / formatting) in uORB message definitions (vehicle_command)
