I think the TC page is pending a bit of a redesign for #781. Everything else can be addressed.
Kind of opens up a can of worms for other languages, but I guess once we have a system we can probably vet/add ones for other languages as well
The settings here are "synced" to the main character navigation. The main character UI has context on equipped status, the "char select" UI does not. Would require adding equipment context...
how do you propose this to be done? just setting `DEPLOYMENT=GENSHINOPTIMIZER`?
Here is another thought, can be combine the "Confirm Equipment" Modal with the "build diff" modal? they share a lot of the same UI elements, it is not a stretch...
