We can't reproduce the issue. We'll leave it as `help wanted` in case someone who can reproduce will be able to find a solution.

It looks like Zapier integrations are not much needed.

FreeScout is available in Zapier now https://zapier.com/apps/freescout/integrations For now with one Action allowing to create conversations. https://github.com/freescout-helpdesk/freescout/wiki/FreeScount-and-Zapier

Check logs

Email should be imported even if the recipient is not specified at all. You may need to find out why those emails are not imported. Import can be launched manually...

Could you please attach headers of such email.
