There are some warnings about the table property, but appears to work as expected. I think this is ready for review.

I guess there was some nextflow issues with 1.22, so they made some updates and released 1.22.1

I'm okay with giving up pandoc. I also like your suggestion of not installing git or wget. That will also help reduce size.
