Right now, the artic-ncov2019-epi2me is a bit out of date. There is currently version 0.3.31 available. The prior Dockerfile for artic-ncov2019-epi2me is missing the app and test layer as well...

No one has taken this, yet! The prior version of Bandage is missing an 'app' and 'test' stage, but Dr. Wick is really good at providing test files (https://github.com/rrwick/Bandage/blob/main/tests/test_plasmids.gfa)

Perfect! The prior Dockerfile is going to need a lot of work to bring it up to current standards, but I think you're going to learn a lot!
