I'm actually going to close this issue. All dockerfiles moving forward will have tests and readmes, but we don't think the effort to update all the old dockerfiles is worth...

Your dockerfile looks great! We've made some adjustments to the staphB docker repo, and now require dockerfiles to have two targets. Having a test target makes things easier for github...
