(No data) is null. I'm not sure what data you're using but most likely the V1 in the screenshot has an explicit value of ''. You can debug more easily...

I don't think raisinbread includes any schema, just data, so it would only be for the default schema
I don't see why not, but it's not a release task and there shouldn't be non-release PRs right now.
