I've actually noticed similar behavior, we'll probably want to resolve this before the next release.
I'm not sure if this is still an issue, but this may be useful when we revisit the onboard estimator so I'll leave it open.

Current plans are to port our H7 firmware to the Cubepilot Orange, once it's ready for open-sourcing.
Reboot to bootloader should be working for the H7 boards.
Fixed-wing tests have been completed.
