Default `subscript` notation when serializing query params doesn't support multiple keys with the same name. Please try `flat_array` `WebMock::Config.instance.query_values_notation = :flat_array`

I have released 3.18.1 with reverted https://github.com/bblimke/webmock/commit/2c10bd99234c0e10718f4c27e0edb7f4c8c53057 It would be good to get a test or sample code to reproduce the issue or at least a stacktrace from the error.
