Hello You can use `next` branch that does not contain `distutils` anymore. This will be a base for the next SPAdes release

Hello One of SPAdes intermediate files got corrupted. Likely due to some I/O problem on your end.

For some reason SPAdes crashed during the start. It might be related to some conda-connected incompatibility. But since we're not maintaining these packaged you'd better ask conda.
