@asamofal There's #4502 for providing 100% coverage for PSR-12 / PER-CS v1. There's no other work for PER-CS v2 than this PR, which is outdated and should be closed IMHO....

Please have in mind that Fixer is focused on modern PHP, that does not mix code with HTML markup (see [this comment](https://github.com/PHP-CS-Fixer/PHP-CS-Fixer/issues/6788#issuecomment-1438688702)), that's why I'm going to close this report....

@keradus it needs a solid rebase, there's Fabbot in the workflow 🙈.
@111ypuk it's by design, `no_unused_imports` fixer currently has very simple implementation that is case-insensitive. I am going to close this one in favor of #2814, feel free to subscribe there.
