The GLA Technical machine gun spawns large cloud hit effects vs infantry units. Other machine gun weapons like Quad Cannon and Humvee will spawn regular bullet hit effects.
Leaving it as draft for now since there are over 6000 lines to be reviewed.
GLA Saboteur ability button has no practical use. The primary attack already performs the saboteur action without pressing that button.
