Psychic Harmonizer has a large TPS impact. (Fixed: (Psychic Harmonizer disappears))

tested in 2.1.5 the Harmonizer doesn't disappear. but i noticed TPS drop from 3000 TPS to about 1600 TPS with about 20 colonists and two of them with harmonizers

apparently the mod in question is made in an "unique" way, meaning its not really possible to fix on RT side

confirmed in 2.5.16 Wardens will not attempt to suppress slaves and it cant be manually done either This means slave's suppression will just keep falling with no way to suppress...
