[WealthHere] Mod doesn't work with RT + possibly major performance loss

Describe the bug

WealthHere mod doesn't work with RT and seemed to have a large performance impact even when not currently in use (overlay off)

I suspect the issue is with a destructive patch that RT does, i need someone to confirm this!

Steps to reproduce the behavior (VERY IMPORTANT)

1. Use the mod with RT
2. Enable the overlay by pressing the "$" on the bottom right
3. hover over your items
4. overlay reports 0.0 (even when hovering over silver)
5. Doesn't seem to log any errors

apparently the mod in question is made in an "unique" way, meaning its not really possible to fix on RT side
